Throughout the academic year, students will complete regular assessments within their subjects. These are managed by individual departments and may take place at different points during the year. The dates above show the key whole-school reporting points and the formal End-of-Year Assessment period.

Guided choices Assessment Week:

23rd - 27th November

Year 9 students will complete a dedicated assessment week as part of the Guided Choices process. The results from these assessments will provide an accurate picture of students’ current attainment and help support informed decisions about their GCSE options. The outcomes will be shared as part of the Autumn Progress Report. It is therefore important that Year 9 students prepare thoroughly and take these assessments seriously.
