Section 10 Consultation
The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is pleased to launch its section 10 consultation in relation to Prince Albert High School.
As part of the process of opening a new school, The Prince Albert Community Trust is legally required to hold a consultation exercise (under section 10 of the Academies Act 2010) to determine whether the Trust should enter into a Funding Agreement with the Department for Education.
This consultation will allow parents/carers and pupils, staff and governors from local schools, other local authorities, councillors, local residents and any other interested parties to learn more about The Prince Albert Community Trust’s plans for Prince Albert High School and share their views.
The consultation period will run from 21st September to 2nd November 2020. This is an important step in our journey to opening in September 2021. We would like to hear from all the community in the coming weeks to help inform the Secretary of State for Education’s decision on whether to enter into a Funding Agreement with the Prince Albert Community Trust. We welcome your comments and will act on any feedback to ensure Prince Albert High School is the best it can be and meets the needs of the community we serve. All the information is available in our consultation document here.
